HAPPY FINISH SIGNS MOU WITH CHINA'S LEADING INTERNET CORPORATION TO PROVIDE VIRTUAL REALITY CONTENT
We have signed a memorandum of understanding with LeVR, a subsidiary of Le Holdings Ltd, also known as LeTV, to provide immersive virtual reality content experiences. Happy Finish is a pioneer and world-leader in augmented reality and virtual reality.
Under the agreement, both companies will collaborate to create, produce and distribute virtual reality (VR) content for its users in China and India by collaborating (including but not limited to VR technology) on pre-production, shooting, post-production, content distribution and revenue generation. The agreement enables Happy Finish s global clients exclusivity in China to host their 360 VR content experiences on this leading platform, enabling access and reach to many millions.
LeTV is one of the largest online video companies in China with the largest library of online movies, dramas and copyrighted sports videos. The company is listed in Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) board China and is the first Internet company to own a large film studio and their own TV brand. LeTV offers consumers a premium, connected content experience across every screen -- smart TV, mobile, tablet, computer, cinema and electric cars, and Virtual Reality.
LeVR s cloud based platform which specialises in virtual reality development, will provide immersive, high quality, and experiential services. Leveraging its research, development, sales channels, LeVR aims to create a large and loyal user base to its content platform by developing a comprehensive integrated global ecosystem across Platform, Content, Application and Device. The ecosystem becomes a portal through which users can access a vast library of LeTV-owned and partner-distributed movies, TV shows and streaming video. With the launch of LeMall earlier this year, LeTV will take the first step in its global expansion, offering U.S. consumers access to its premium content across LeTV devices, platforms and applications. With this ecosystem in place LeVR will have created a compelling virtual reality proposition in the People s Republic of China.
