The Happy Finish Interactive & CGI team have been busy collaborating recently, creating this beautiful timepiece app, featuring a fully customizable Breitling watch.
Our main aim with this test was to create the most realistic model of a watch at there in the market and develop this so at the touch of a finger tip this would move seamlessly to allow the user to explore every aspect of the timepiece explains Director, Richard Tisdall. To achieve this, CGI artist Martin Ocheng replicated the materials used on the watch as closely as possible in 3D using shaders and lighting to create a realistic model of the watch. This was then programmed to add fully functional features including a configurator and a presentation mode to highlight the key features.
